Ekiti State Gov, Ayo Fayose, has described the N713.7bn bail out funds to various states to enable them to pay salaries as a welcome development.
The governor, however, asked his colleagues in other states to come to Ekiti for lessons in financial management.
“If they need any lesson in financial management, they should come to Ekiti where the governor is doing well despite the financial burden inherited"
