Nigeria advances to Round of 16 after defeating Hungry

Flying Eagles finish 2nd in Group E with 6pts,after a full-time encounter with Hungary.

0-2 in favour of Nigeria. A brace from Taiwo Awoniyi were all the reigning African youth champions needed to silence Bernd Storck’s team who started the game brightly. Nigeria will meet Group F winners Germany on Thursday in the Round of 16.
