15 lawmakers elected under the platform of PDP and 1 lawmaker under the platform of Labour party all ran for their lives over alleged threat to life and money inducement by the All Progressive Congress (APC) led government in Benue state, North Cental, Nigeria.
The lawmakers fleed after the 7th Assembly have been dissolved and the 8th Assembly were not Inagurated.
They explained in an interview granted by channels television to have been persuaded with money and car gift to allow the 14 APC lawmakers take charge of the 8th Assembly.
The fleeing lawmakers have attributed the rejection to the offer has a threat which has put them in cross path againt the APC led government in Benue State.
